$495 Private Flight for Two

 (includes champagne & cheese tray upon landing)

DEPOSIT
$50 non-refundable deposit when flight is scheduled
with balance due before flight.  Private flights include
passengers of the same party.  There may be 3 - 4
passengers on any regular flight depending on the
balloon's maximum gross weight lift.
Payment is cash or check.

CANCELLATIONS DUE TO MOTHER NATURE
We monitor the weather very closely and require
contact names and phone numbers from you for
the day of your scheduled flight.  Weather conditions
may require cancellations or rescheduling.

RIDE REFUNDS
We refund airfares, less the $50 fee, up to 30 days
from the date of purchase or deposit.  The refund will
only be returned to the original purchaser.

SCHEDULING MATTERS
No-show passengers or cancellations within 3 days
or 72 hours of the scheduled flight will forfeit deposit
unless reserved spot is filled by other passengers.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates must be paid in full and used within one
year.  They are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
A hot air balloon flight will be a once in a lifetime un-
forgettable gift for wedding gifts, birthdays, graduations,
anniversaries, business incentive programs, a great gift
for the adventurer who has everything, or for any special
event.
